I’m a self-taught full-stack web developer with hands-on experience building modern web applications. I work comfortably across the stack — from crafting responsive frontends with React, Next.js, and EJS to developing robust backends with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and MariaDB. My projects often involve integrating APIs, payment systems, and building basic admin panels.
Before moving into tech, I spent several years as a Merchant Marine Officer, progressing from 2nd Officer to Chief Officer on oil tankers. That experience taught me discipline, problem-solving, and adaptability — qualities I now bring into my work as a developer.
